Neat.

I completely agree with Saskatchewan being last. The only good things that province has given us is wheat, free healthcare, and Corner Gas.
Everything else sucks about Sask.

There are silly people including Ontario on the list. Ha!
It’s difficult for me to rank the provinces because they all have different things to offer, and I frankly haven’t spent enough time east of Ontario or north of 60 to get a proper opinion. But these, in no particular order, are my top pics based on my experience and/or their appeal to me as someone looking from afar.
Yukon
Saskatchewan
Newfoundland
Quebec
BC

The North West Territories were originally named the Northwestern Territories, and encompassed everything north of the 49th and west of Hudson’s Bay that wasn’t Rupert’s Land, BC, or Alaska, so it covered all of the present-day territories, as well as a large chunk of what is now the four western provinces. Sure, the name makes less sense after the establishment of Yukon, but it was still the furthest north place you could go at a point within my memory, and it would be a hell of a stretch to call me old.
Also, Saskatchewan definitely ranks above Manitoba and Ontario, for sure. I’d even stick it above Alberta.

Part of me wants to disagree because Sask is at 2, but part of me completely agrees because Quebec is rock bottom.
